1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and utilizing Pixpair, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these overarching Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use our website.

2. Digital Assets & Licensing

All digital products, including but not limited to LUTs, Templates, Plugins, and Audio sold on Pixpair are governed by our standard Royalty-Free License unless stated otherwise.

You are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive right to use the purchased assets in an unlimited number of commercial or personal projects. However, you are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or claiming ownership of the raw unedited files themselves.

3. Accounts & Security

When creating an account on Pixpair, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

4. Refund Policy

Pixpair sells digital goods that can be downloaded or accessed immediately after payment verification. Because of this, completed purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access to the digital asset has been granted.

We may review refund requests when a product is technically defective, materially different from its description, duplicated by payment error, or inaccessible because of a Pixpair-side issue. Refund requests must be sent within 14 days of purchase with your order ID, account email, and a clear description of the issue.

Manual payment requests are not considered completed purchases until the Pixpair team verifies the payment and unlocks download access. If a manual payment cannot be verified, the order may remain pending or be marked failed. Approved card refunds are returned through the original payment processor, while manual payment resolutions are handled by the Pixpair team case by case.

5. Revisions

We reserve the absolute right to modify or replace these Terms at any given time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion, and we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
